  • your extended abstracts, not later than by May 16th, 2011 to the following email-address:,
  • your final version of the paper, not later than by June 6th, 2011 [or if explicitly requested, till May 26th] to the following email:


    Please send in a pdf file formatted according to Lecture Notes in Computer Science style llncs.sty **(please find information below).
    The abstracts will be published electronically and made available at the Web site of the conference.
    The preferred length of the extended abstract is 2 pages, but it cannot exceed 4 pages (otherwise the abstract will be rejected).


    Please send in a pdf file formatted according to Lecture Notes in Computer Science style llncs.sty **(please find information below) along with ALL source files that are needed to compile the pdf file (.tex, all pictures, non-standard styles etc.).
    The papers will be published in the LNCS series after the conference.
    Do not forget to take into account all the reviewers’ remarks.
    Papers neglecting important remarks of reviewers will be rejected.
    Note also that the paper will be published only if at least one of the authors participates in the conference and presents it.

    Paper Submission is closed.

    The length of the paper must not exceed 14 pages. Upon special request the paper may have one extra page that has to be paid for an extra fee. The working language of the conference is English. Authors should upload an electronic version of the full paper (pdf and/or ps) by using the conference paper registration and submission site: EasyChair - SIIS 2011.

    Original papers of length 8-14 pages are solicited for S&IIS 2011.
    Only the full papers will be considered for inclusion in the conference proceedings to be published by Springer-Verlag in Lecture Notes in Computer Science.

    However, we encourage all those who do not intend to submit a full paper but would like to present their results or their work in progress at the conference to submit an extended abstract.

    Extended abstracts should not exceed 2 pages.

    After notification of acceptance, authors will be allowed to make a correction in accordance with the suggestions of the reviewers and submit final camera-ready papers. The accepted papers must be presented by one of the authors personally to be published in the conference proceedings.

    Authors of all accepted papers will be also asked to submit extended abstract to be included in conference materials.
